1.1 Use of our contact form
We collect personal data about you when you contact us via the contact form on our website, e.g. when you send us an inquiry, and/or our customer service registers your inquiry.
Your inquiry will be processed by Ropox. If necessary, it will be processed by one of our local partners/distributors who are responsible for handling the topics of your inquiry in the jurisdiction in question.
You are free to register for our newsletter. In that case, we will ask for your consent to store your personal data. We solely use such data to provide you with regular updates per email.
When you have sent your newsletter request, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link that you must click on to confirm your registration. The double-opt-in procedure helps us to ensure that the email account holder consents to the receipt of our newsletter.
With your registration for our newsletter, you also consent your use of our newsletter. This includes opening of and clicking in emails, can be tracked by Ropox by means of the analytics tools provided by Campaign Monitor Pty. Ltd. In addition, the tool also collects information about the forwarding of emails, undeliverable emails, and unsubscribes. The personal data collected by Campaign Monitor include your name, email address, and location. Your data will not be used for any other purposes.

2. Non-personal data
In different ways, we collect digital data about your visit to ropox.dk (applies to all Ropox websites). None of this data makes it possible to identify you as a person – only the computer from which you have accessed ropox.dk (applies to all Ropox websites).

During this process, certain data is transmitted to YouTube. For all YouTube videos embedded in our website, we have activated the privacy-enhanced mode provided by YouTube. This means that YouTube only stores information about a visitor to our website of the user decides to play an embedded video. Ropox does not control YouTube’s collection, storage, or use of such data. Therfor Ropox does not have any access to the data collected.
2.4. Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps, a map service provided by Google, Inc. for the display of interactive maps.
To provide you with the maps requested, Google collects your IP address, which may be transmitted to Google and stored on servers in the US. Google may also collect further information about your use of Google Maps. Ropox does not control Google’s collection, storage, or use of such data and does not have any access to the data collected.
As a registered user at Ropox, you have a number of rights that we can help you exercise.
