The result is an Ecovadis score, for companies that achieve a high enough score it will trigger a medal (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum), which documents the company’s level of sustainability towards customers and partners.

Active environmental focus

We have a strong focus on our environmental policy. As a manufacturing company, we play an important role in efforts to minimize our impact on the environment.

We measure our environmental impact according to the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. This gives us a clear picture of where our focus needs to be to ensure continuous environmental improvements.

We are certified according to DS/EN ISO14001:2015.

See our ISO 14001:2015 certificate.

Electricity from renewable sources

We have a goal of minimizing our impact on the environment. That is why we have chosen to cover our annual electricity consumption with power from renewable energy sources.

The certificates document that we have financed the production of wind power that corresponds to our own electricity consumption, and that this wind power has been sent into the electricity supply grid.

When we choose certificates from new wind turbines, we also help increase the global production of renewable energy.

With this Proof of Purchase of Environmentally Friendly Electricity, we feel that there is an opportunity to put action behind the words.

See our RECS certificate on climate-friendly electricity.

Quality policy

We always have a high focus on our quality policy. An easier life with increased self-esteem and the freedom to safely look after yourself is always at the top of our agenda.

Each of our employees must have the will to make a real difference for disabled people and their carers. Targeted recruitment processes and employee development schemes lead to dedicated employees who all want to deliver the best quality.

Our quality management system is in accordance with the DS/EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

The UN's Sustainable Development Goals in practice

For us, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are not just empty talk. We work with the Sustainable Development Goals for two reasons: First, because it helps solve some of the world’s biggest challenges, and second, because it future-proofs us as a company.

This means that, among other things, we measure our success in relation to how we contribute to creating a sustainable world, and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals are therefore a natural part of our CSR work.

There are three global challenges we help solve:

  • #4 Global Goal: Quality Education
  • #6 Global Goal: Clean Water and Sanitation
  • #12 Global Goal: Responsible Consumption and Production

As part of AddLife, it is important for us to live up to the following Code of Conduct, which is deeply integrated into our business. It shows how a company acts responsibly. At Ropox, we are at the forefront of current legislation and ethical guidelines.
